CANCELLATION POLICY
MARIE CLAIR services are in high demand, and we often have waiting lists.
To provide the highest standards of client care, all sales are final and there are no refunds.
If you are unable to attend your appointment you may reschedule your session to a new date and time ONCE if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice of any change or cancellation to your appointment.
Any change or cancellations made within 48 hours will not be rescheduled and the full fee applies.

MARIE CLAIR services are offered as personal development services.
MARIE CLAIR services may include information and support resources based on the fields of Positive Psychology, Personal Development, Professional Development, Lifestyle Coaching, Performance and Productivity, Natural Health Medicine, Functional Nutrition, Meditation and Mindfulness, Spirituality, and Esoteric, Divination and Energy Healing Arts.
MARIE CLAIR services are provided to assist you to make your own health, wellbeing and lifestyle decisions based upon your own research and in partnership with your licensed provider/s.
MARIE CLAIR services are not medical, legal or financial advice or application. They do not replace or substitute qualified medical, legal or financial consultation by your licensed provider/s.
MARIE CLAIR services are not a medical or psychotherapeutic treatment or application. They are not intended as medical or mental health advice. You agree to accept complete responsibility for your own health, wellbeing and lifestyle, and you release and hold harmless MARIE CLAIR, its owners, agents, consultants and employees, who are not liable or responsible for any claim of loss or damage to you or any person arising from any services provided.
MARIE CLAIR services are not currently recognised as ancillary health services by Private Health Insurance Funds, and cannot be claimed against health care benefits.
Full payment is required at time of appointment. Payment can be made securely online by PayPal or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
By participating in MARIE CLAIR services you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree that:

– If you are under the care of a licensed professional you have advised your provider that you are participating in this service; and you will consult with your provider before making any changes to your current prescribed advice or application.
– You accept full and complete responsibility for my own health, wellbeing and lifestyle, and you choose to voluntarily participate in MARIE CLAIR services.
– All sales are final and there are no refunds.
